Passed away on September 10, 2026 in Fort Erie, Ontario. Beautiful and loving wife to Ken for 63 years. Daughter of Klazina and Arend Lubberts. Predeceased by her son, Richard (d.2008). Loving mother to her son Jerry (Chris) and daughter Wendy (Robert). Cherished Nana to Austin Wiess. Sadly missed by Amelia and Betsy. Lifelong friend to Gloria Prentice. Cherished bonus sister to Glennys Lubberts and Joyce Kandyba. Dearly remembered by her siblings Ali Pol (d. Wes), d. John Lubberts (d. Pat), d. Geraldine Docker (d. Todd), d. Jack Lubberts, d. Garrit Lubberts (Glennys), Rica Lubberts, d. Albert Lubberts (d. Gennet), Linda Hartman (Paul), Freddie Lubberts (Marilou), Mary Riel (d. Ken), and d. Donny Lubberts as well as her brother and sister in laws Linda Ferguson, Brian Grant (Theresa), Dick Grant (Lucille), Jake Grant, d. Joan Hughes and Kathy Kennedy. Cindy will be remembered for her love of collecting white milk glass, for being a secondhand sally and seamstress extrodinar. The family invites you to a visitation on Sunday September 13, 2026 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Williams Funeral Services, 722 Ridge Rd N, Ridgeway. A graveside service will take place on Monday September 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Ridgeway Memorial Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to the Fort Erie SPCA.
