Alice Mary Williams (Worton), age 89, of Clawson, Michigan passed away Thursday May 7, 2020. Alice was born the daughter of Henry and Hannah (Hale) Worton on March 20, 1931 in Birmingham England. At the age of 17, Alice came to the United States. Alice married John Williams and they raised their family in Clawson. Upon retirement, Alice and John spent many years in New Port Richey Florida. Alice was always involved. She was a member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Clawson. Early in life she attended the TBPA group. She volunteered in the mailroom at William Beaumont Hospital. Alice loved to do crafts. She enjoyed golfing as well. Alice is survived by her children John (Erin) Williams, Jim Williams, and Heather (George) Pizzo; Grandchildren Olivia and Nicholas; and sister Ann Walker-Smart. She was predeceased by her husband John; parents Henry and Hannah (Hale) Worton; and brothers John and Jim Worton. Services will be private due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
