She was born in Detroit, Michigan on February 2, 1928 and was married to James Paul McCain in June of 1954.
Trudy was a homemaker who dedicated herself to her family and friends, and was one of the first members of Rochester Church of Christ. She had a passion for cooking, traveling, and spending time with family.
She is survived by her children Fonda (Al), Candy, Landy, Jim (Terri) and David; grandchildren Matthew, Jennifer, Loren, Paul, Scott, Jamie, Amy, and Heather; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation for Trudy will be held on Sunday, January 21, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Pixley Funeral Home in Rochester, Michigan. Instate will be Monday, January 22, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM with funeral service beginning at 12:00 PM at the same location. After a committal at Christian Memorial Cemetery following the service, there will be a luncheon held at Camp Ticonderoga, located at 5725 Rochester Rd in Troy, Michigan.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Older Persons' Commission of Rochester.
