Jr., age 84, of Rochester, January 17, 2015; loving husband of Jeanne for 63 years; dear father of David Phillips and Amy (Ronald) Flanders; grandfather of Abigail Phillips; brother of Robert (Elisabeth) Phillips; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
