Bonita "Bonnie" Miller

Bonnie was born in Detroit, MI on May 22, 1941 to the late Albert and Florence Johnson. She was the second of seven children. Bonnie graduated from St. James High school in 1959.

She had a career in Accounting for many years.

She was a member of North Auburn Hills Baptist Church where she professed her life to Christ. She loved reading her Bible and participating in various group activities at the church.

Bonnie had a passion for spending time with family, making beautiful quilts, sewing, knitting and crocheting. She was an avid reader.

Bonnie is the loved mother of Kimberly Yoakam (James), Lisa O’Sullivan (James Aqwa), Laurie Voorhies, Dennis Lohmeier Jr. and Kristina Grimard (Nick Moskos). Cherished grandmother to Jessica, Allison, Shane, Taylor, Jillian, Jenna, Shae, Alyssa, Beth, Jonathon and Raeanne.

Great grandmother to Shianne, Mallory, Madelynne, Gavin, William and Sawyer.

Loving Sister to Pamela, Christine, Jeanne, and Glenn. Predeceased by Barbara and Albert.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 3, 2019 at 7 pm, visiting before from 3-7pm at Pixley Funeral Home 322 W. University Dr. Rochester, MI 48307.
