Donald A. Misch

MISCH, Donald A., age 81, of Rochester, a true child of God, returned to his heavenly Father on April 1, 2013. Born and raised in Detroit, he graduated from Denby High School and Valparaiso University. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, he retired from NTN Bearing, where he was Vice-President and Manager of Sales. He was a devoted member of St. John Lutheran Church where he served as Chairman of the congregation and was active with the Male Chorus. Beloved husband of Miriam “Bempie” Misch, whom he married August 6, 1955. Treasured father of Stephen Misch, David (Susan) Misch, Paul (Kris) Misch, Mark Misch and Mary (Scott) Burrell . Also surviving Don are his nine loving grandchildren and his sisters Marjorie Klein and Lois Bell. Funeral Service 10:00 a.m.Tuesday at St. John Lutheran Church, 1011 W. University Drive in Rochester followed by interment in Great Lakes National Cemetery. Visitation Sunday and Monday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at PIXLEY FUNERAL HOME, 322 W. University Drive in downtown Rochester.
