Elaine Watson

Elaine I. Watson, of Rochester, Michigan, passed away on April 27, 2021 at the age of 77. She was born in Rochester, Michigan on February 2, 1944 to Duane and Wanda Upton. Elaine was a graduate of Rochester High School before she went to work for Detroit Broach. She married her beloved husband, Larry Watson, on September 30, 1967. She was a proud member of the Crisp Point Lighthouse Society and would volunteer as a caretaker for the building alongside her husband. She loved flowers and enjoyed baking pies for both her family and for her church.

She is survived by her husband Larry; her brother Duane (Melanie) Upton; sister-in-law Barbara (Robert) Tyrell; brother-in-law Bob Watson; and many nieces and nephew.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, May 2nd, from 1 PM to 6 PM at Pixley Funeral Home in Rochester. Elaine’s funeral will be on Monday, May 3rd, at 11 AM with the family accepting visitors from 10 AM until time of service.
