Joseph C. Powell Jr., age 86, of Rochester, formerly of Amelia Island, FL and Minnetonka, MN; Joe was born and raised in Battle Creek, MI; husband of the late Beverly; loving father of Cathy (Dale) Hertweck, Thomas Powell and Michael (Dorothy) Powell; grandfather of Harry, Andy, Eric, Nick, Shannon, Tim and Kim; great-grandfather of Avery, Andrew and Chloe; brother of Sue Conley and Mary Delaney.
