Lillian M. Botkins

Lillian Mae Botkins of Rochester died November 23, 2012, at the age of 88. She was born January 9, 1924, in Bergland, Michigan, to the late Olaf Frisk and Stella (Johnson) Frisk. On December 20, 1945, she was united in marriage to Cecil R. Botkins who preceded her in death on March 6, 2001. She and Cecil moved to Rochester in 1952. Besides being a homemaker and mother, she was employed at the Village Shoe Inn for many years and was a member of St. John Lutheran Church. She was the mother of Dwaine Botkins, David (Dawn) Botkins and the late Lynn Reiff. She is also survived by her five grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren, and was the sister of Elaine Willmas, Leroy Frisk, Jeanette Moser, Edward Frisk, Robert Frisk and the late Melvin, Eugene, Joanne, John and Roger. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, November 29, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at St. John Lutheran Church, 1011 W. University Drive in Rochester followed by burial in Mt. Avon Cemetery.
