Nancy Carol Tenniswood

TENNISWOOD, Nancy Carol (nee Briscoe), 83, of Rochester, Died December 9, 2015. She was born in Port Huron on October 28, 1932. Nancy received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Wheaton College which she used during her career in education. She was married to the late Robert Charles Tenniswood on December 29, 1962. Nancy was a very active member of Woodside Bible Church, having a passion for world missions and serving her church community. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Mother of Lynn (Juan) Camarotti, David (Christine) Tenniswood, Mark (Regina) Tenniswood and Stephen Tenniswood; grandmother of Abigail, Donovan, Samuel, Grace, Joshua and soon to be twins in 2016; and sister of Gloria Robbins. Visitation 4 – 8 p.m., Friday, December 11, 2015 at Pixley Funeral Home, 322 W. University Dr., in downtown Rochester. Funeral Service 10:30 a.m., Saturday, December 12, 2015 at Woodside Bible Church, 6600 Rochester Rd, Troy, with visitation from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. at the church. Private Interment to follow at Van Hoosen Jones – Stoney Creek Cemetery, Rochester.
