Neha Yale, age 58, of Rochester Hills, passed away on May 4, 2021. She was born in Bombay, India on Sept. 6, 1962. Neha graduated from University of Westminster, London and received a Master of Business Administration from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Neha was married to Jayanth Yale on December 17, 1987. Neha worked at Guardian Alarm as the Director of Enterprise Program Office - Strategy and Planning. She had a lifelong dedication to women’s issues and mentoring young people. She was a leader and was filled with energy to drive change and improve the world. She loved professional challenges in her work and was persistent, courageous and confident in everything she pursued.
Everyone that knew Neha would describe her as relentlessly positive and optimistic. Neha loved reading, traveling, and cooking. More than anything else she loved spending time with family and friends. She was truly the backbone of her family. Neha gave to others more than she ever expected back. She constantly sought to take care of others and find solutions to any problem. She cherished her son and daughter and wished more than anything to live as a happy, loving, joint family. She loved spending time in India with family. The place she felt at peace most was with her family and felt especially close with her mother-in-law whom she loved very much. Neha felt at home wherever her family was, which was Bangalore, London and Rochester Hills. Neha’s closest friends, her “BFFs,” were a group of women whom she considered family.
She is survived by her loving husband, Jayanth, her son, Tej and his wife Kanisha.
Funeral arrangements will be held at Pixley Funeral home on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at 12:30pm-2pm.
