Terrie Lynn Hamilton

HAMILTON, Terrie Lynn (Shepard), age 63, of Rochester Hills, died January 20, 2018. Terrie was born on April 26, 1954 in Lansing, Michigan. She is survived by: her children Adam (Jenny) Hamilton, Andy Hamilton (Devin Richert), and Kelly Hamilton (Travis Moraskey); grandchildren Nora, Mac and Maeve; father Clarence W. Shepard, Jr. (“Bill”); sisters Tina Shepard and Lisa Kadlec; brothers John Shepard and Harry Voikos. Preceded in death by her mother Vernita (Voikos) Shepard. A 1972 graduate of Rochester High School, Terrie worked as a banker for many years. She enjoyed spending summers at Mullett Lake and visiting lighthouses around Michigan. She devoted her life to her kids and loved them beyond measure. She will be greatly missed. Funeral service will be held 11 am Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at Pixley Funeral Home, 322 W. University Drive, Rochester. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. Interment at Mt. Avon Cemetery. Memorials may be made to American Brain Tumor Association www.abta.org.
