
JOHNSON, Wallace M., age 88, of Auburn Hills, formerly of Imlay City, died November 4, 2011. An Army veteran of World War II in which he was awarded five Bronze Battle Stars. He retired from Detroit Edison in 1985 after 44 years of service. He was a Life Member and past Worshipful Master of Attica-Imlay City Lodge #295 F & AM and the American Legion #143 Hill Gazette Post. Beloved husband of Betty, whom he married January 7, 1944. Dearest father of Diana Carter of Royal Oak and Nancy Vincent of Auburn Hills. Loving grandfather of Craig (Sandi) Vincent, Catherine (Shawn) DuFresne and Jeffrey (Lisa) Carter. He is also survived by his nine great-grandchildren. Special uncle to Kenneth (Margie) Johnson and Richard (Gail) Johnson and their daughter, Alexa. Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Woodside Bible Church, 6600 Rochester Road in Troy. Visitation Monday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at PIXLEY FUNERAL HOME, 322 W.
