I was very sorry to hear of Bill's passing.  He was a truly wonderful person and a friend that I truly respected on a business and personal level.  I am very sorry for your loss and pray that you will find comfort.  I have many great memories from our days together at Planned Financial Services.  His spirit will always be with us.

This is Mary Holland. I am so sorry to hear of Rev. Palmers' passing. I have such fond memories of growing up in the church with him always there to guide. I remember him coming to the house to visit on his way home, he married Greg and I 34 years, he baptized our son, Scott and when my Dad passed away I can't imagine anyone else officiating the service but him. When my Mom passed, he was no longer a AHUPC but he did the service for her also.  I am so sorry for the loss you and the girls are feeling. God bless you.

Bob and I are very sad that we cannot be there with you to celebrate Bill's resurrection.  Bill has always had and will always have a special place in our hearts.  Our loving sympathy is with you for we know how much you will miss him, but we know your memories of him will help keep him close.  We love you and wish you well.

We were sadened to hear of the passing of Bill, we knew him from Calvin United Presbyerian Church and We also grew up in the same neighborhood.

I am so sorry to hear of Reverend Palmer's passing, but joyful that he is now with our Lord. The image of Reverend Palmer standing at the pulpit giving the Sunday sermon will always be etched in my mind.  He was the model of a good minister, and a good and godly man who led Auburn Hills Presbyterian church for my entire growing-up years.  He will be missed, but one day we will see him again!

Dear Janet and Daughters - It saddens me to hear of Rev Palmer's passing, but I am rejoicing that everyone knows where he will be spending eternity.  He was the kindest, most sensitive, adult I ever knew in my youth and as a grownup.  The two of you brought new life to that little chuch on he hill and I thank you for helping me though my struggles and Blessing. Suzanne and I were shocked and saddened to learn of Bill's death.We spent many years together in the Auburn Hills Rotary and of course you were all my patients also.He was a wonderful example to all he came in contact with.

As the pastor who baptized me into the Christian faith I can't express in words how important Reverend Palmer is in my life. But by that same faith that was planted in my heart through his ministry at Auburn Hills United Presbyterian Church, I hold firm in the knowledge that I will see him again in eternal life. Perhaps that will be enough time to tell him how important his ministry was, and will be evidence that it wasn't time wasted! My heart and my prayers go out to Mrs. Palmer, Sharel, and Karen. I know this is a very hard time for you despite your faith; but may the author of that faith-Jesus Christ-and His love, carry you through this. You are in my thoughts and my prayers.

Janet, Sharel,and Karen--You guys will always be in my heart and memory. You were all there for many years for me during some hard times and good. Pastor Bill was always there with his gentle ways.  We are all going to miss him. But I know where he is now and hope to meet him again some day.

Mrs. Palmer--I was just blown away to hear that Bill had passed away. He was such a great guy. A kind and very respectful guy and most important, honest man. He was a  person to whom I was proud to call an associate.  I did Bills' inspections for MassMutual for a couple years and both you and Bill were always very nice and doing Bill's inspections was always a pleasure.

 I know that he will be missed, as I already do. Just remember the good times you had and those memories will get you through the upcoming days.

He always did a wonderful service in the church, weddings and in funeral services.  I'm thankful that he was able to perform my mother's and other relative's funeral services. Dear Mrs. Palmer,
It's me, Joy Crawford from your first grade class. (1960 I think!) I still remember Rev. Palmer coming to visit our class at Stone School. And of course from the Auburn Heights Pres. Church through the years. 
I am living in the area but will be out of town for a wedding this weekend. Otherwise I would have come to the funeral home. 
Please accept my sincere sympathy but we know Rev. Palmer's real life has just begun. 
May the Lord give you extra comfort and strength at this time.
