Agnes A. Sandman

Agnes A. "Momma" Sandman died at home surrounded by family on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at age 78. She was predeceased by her husband, James Samuel Sandman on December 13, 1975. She is survived by her children, Kenny Sandman (Dawn Hessenthaler), Cathy (Jimmy) Darr, Penny Sandman (Bill Stephens), Barbara Ball (Pat Cary), Laura Sandman (Corey Johnson), Joanne Skidmore (Jeff Beavers), and Bob Krahmer; grandchildren, Lorraine Rossano, Crystal (Brandon) Bolton, Kenny Sandman, Jr., James Neverette (Kathryn Bickel), Cory Marshall, Chris Marshall, Jeffery Ball (Anthony Gambino), Camron Rosato, Jessica Russell, Erica Davis, Melissa Davis, and Tayler Squires; great-grandchildren, Kali Nesci, Dante Neverette, Ariana Sandman, Leo, Isabelle, Wyatt, and Aurora Marshall, and Addie and Oliver Williams. Agnes is also survived by a brother, 2 sisters, many nieces, nephews, close friends who knew her by Mom or Gram; and the "adopted" children her family would bring home.

Agnes lived in New Jersey before moving to New York to be near family. She loved to knit, and above all enjoyed being with her family. She will be remembered as a devoted mother and grandmother, and missed by all who knew her. Funeral services will be private.
