Eliud "Little Elio" Bennett, Jr. died suddenly at home, Friday, December 18, 2020 at age 25. He was a Scorpio, born on Veteran's Day, November 11, 1995 in Rochester, NY. Among his many wonderful qualities, Elio had an infectious smile that could brighten up a room. He made friends easily with his charm and wit. He was very smart and always had a thirst for knowledge; he enjoyed reading and loved watching the History Channel. At times he tended to be long-winded with explanations. Elio enjoyed listening to music, playing his PlayStation, or Call of Duty: Mobile or PUBG Mobile. He would spend time with his brother Tyler acting out Naruto or playing Air Soft and Xbox. He liked to order takeout and douse things with Country Sweet Sauce. He also enjoyed taking car rides with his fiancé, Eliana, to get ice cream at Lugia's in Spencerport. Most of all, he loved playing with his niece (who was like a daughter to him) Elianna Rose Robare and his fiancé's children, Harrison and Raelynn. He was proud to step up and be a parent for children who had no father. Elio grew up in the system and became a survivor. He didn't have an easy life, yet he fought like a warrior. He was a lion who was fierce. Elio loved whole-heartedly. His heart was huge. He was very generous and thoughtful. At times he was childlike and playful; while at the same time guarded and reserved. Elio was intelligent and a fighter, who will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his loving mother, Enid Ramirez Bennett; his maternal grandmother who is 80 years old, Maria Ramirez; his brothers, Christopher "Russian", Armando "Lil Rico", and Tyler; his sisters, Dena "Deeree", Brittanni "Brit", Lisa "Li-Li", Stephanie "Gwanapana", Kristi "Peepintomaducci", Francis "Frankis", Nicole "Coda Kitty", and his baby sister, Sierra "Cece"; his fiance, Eliana Marie; and the children he cared for, Harrison, Raelynn, Elianna Rose; and his unborn daughter, Sofia Althena Bennett, who passed away on December 20, 2020.
A memorial service will be held in the spring at a time/date to be announced. This will be a time to remember and celebrate Elio's life with a picnic at a park and Viking release. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the family to assist with final expenses:
