We have both known Adams for most of our careers at Bausch.
He was easy to work with, everyone loved and respected him.
Working for him, he challenged you to the correct specification in the SOP and even made sure that you put the pages of the book away correctly. Adams always had time to listen to you. He would make sure that every morning to make the "rounds" and say good morning to everyone. He was not just a supervisor but a true friend.....May you rest in peace

Adam’s,
I can’t say enough about you. I worked for you many years. You always treated everyone with kindness, had a sense of humor and always said what was on your mind.
You will be sadly missed my friend

It’s with a heavy heart that I share this condolence.

Adams was the first shift supervisor when I started as a night shift supervisor at Bausch + Lomb. He took me under his wing and coached me through the intricacies of the mold room. We remained close through my entire tenure.

He was a natural leader of people, sensitive to their needs while able to keep everyone motivated. He hated bureaucracy and phony people. He loved his mother and kids as well as his new family he acquired a few years back. The world is a little sadder without him.

I am saddened to hear of Adams passing. He was a well respected and loved supervisor by all who knew him. I’ll cherish the talks and memories we had during our B&L days RIP my friend

Adams was one of the first persons that I had met at Bausch & Lomb back in 1976 . How lucky I was to have a good friend like this man . He was a quiet and a kind gentleman who looked out for everyone and treated everyone who worked there with great respect. He was someone you could always talk to and look up to as he rose through the ranks at Bausch & Lomb . I could never say enough good things about this man and what a wonderful person he was . He touched all of us who worked there . Rest In Peace my dear friend.

Adams was my mentor for my first job out of the military at Bausch. He was kind, firm, wise and had a sense of humor. He was also a calm influence on many of us that worked there. I’ll miss the quiet stories out at the butt hut plus the laughter that kept us going during crazy times. Rest In Peace Adams. May God hold you close to him and enjoy the warmth of your Light.
