She was predeceased by her mother, Terri Connon, and her sister, Kathleen.
She is survived by her father, Dr. Neil Connon; daughter, Brea; her sisters, Amy, Jennifer, Lisa, and Stacey; brothers, Christopher and Michael, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Calling Hours will be held at Alvah Halloran & Son Funeral Home, 2125 Chili Ave, Rochester, New York 14624, on May 6, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, followed by a Prayer Service at 4:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to UR Medicine Hospice.
