She was predeceased by her son, Mark Scott Wagner, and her sisters, Florence Ett and Sally Harris.
She is survived by her daughter, Jane (Robert) Betrus; daughter-in-law, Carol Wagner [Buist]; grandchildren: Pete (Leslie Meyer) Betrus, Rachel (Craig) Popp [Betrus], Danielle (Victor Chumacus) Hulahan, and Christopher Buist; great-grandchildren: Nina Dasmann, Archer Popp, Addison Betrus, Alyssa (Annie) Castellano, Tommy Hulahan, and Jordan Hulahan; great-great-grandchildren: Devyn DeStefano, and Colton, Cayden and Camryn Castellano; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Ruth was an accomplished artist, who took great joy in oil painting. She loved to travel and was very social, with many dear friends. She was a very generous and loving woman. She loved her family above all else and spending time with them was what she lived for.
Arrangements will be private.
