He was predeceased by his aunt, who raised him, Louise Feola, and his sister, Angela Taggart.
He is survived by his twin sisters, Pamela and Patricia Taggart; a niece, Jennifer Taggart, and a great nephew, Nathaniel Rodriguez.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Lake Ave. Rochester, NY.
