

Born Feb. 02, 1926 in Wheeling, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late John J. and Helen Caroline Josapak. She graduated from Ambridge High School in 1944 and was employed by Bell Telephone in Rochester. She also worked at J.A. Allan Jewelers in Rochester and Beaver until her retirement. Her loves were reading, especially large print books, cook books and working her crossword puzzles. She had a love for animals and enjoyed the faithful companionship of her dog, Zane for the past nine years.
She was preceded in death by her father John Josapak, mother, Helen Caroline (Sramek) Josapak, sister Mary Votjko, brother, Steve Josapak and her loving husband of 46 years William D. Lemmon Sr.
Surviving are a son, W. Delbert Lemmon, Rochester; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Linda Lemmon, Moon Twp.; a daughter, Carolyn Lemmon, Rochester; a daughter and son-in-law, Judy and William Ballestrini, Gales Ferry, Connecticut; a sister, Amelia Vukovcan, State College, PA; a sister, Rose Ann Sambol, Las Vegas, NV; a brother, John Josapak, Clearwater, FL; three grandsons, Jacob Ballestrini, Jared Ballestrini and Brian Lemmon; a granddaughter, Erica (Adam) Morse and one great grandson, Parker Adam Morse; many nieces and nephews and Zane, her beloved dog.
Friends will be received today from 2 to 7 p.m. in the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester, PA (GPS 848 Sunflower Road, adjacent to Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum). Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m., Monday, November 10, 2014 at St. Cecilia Catholic Church. The public is respectfully asked to go directly to St. Cecilia Catholic Church, 632 Virginia Avenue, Rochester on Monday morning. Private entombment will follow in the Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum.
The family would to extend a special thanks to the staff at Good Samaritan Hospice at Heritage Valley for the loving, compassionate care during her final days and also to the family and many friends for their prayers on her behalf.
