Words can't express how empty I feel, now that my friend Kenny is gone.  I have to catch myself when I reach for the phone to call him.  I knew Kenny for almost 20 years.  We started out as penpals, which grew into a long distance friendship.  He went on a week's vacation with my partner and me to the Outer Banks many years ago.  We had a great time.  He also visited us in Maryland.  We visited Kenny a couple times in Pennsylvania.  I had never been to Pittsburgh before, and the Warhol Museum was the highlight of the trip.  I want to extend my sympathy to Kenny's mother Mrs. Demarest, a very kind and dear soul, as well as Bill and Nancy, Kenny's brother and sister.  I am blessed the short time I knew Kenny, and he will always remain in my heart.  Go Steelers!
