Norma was born to the late Roland Leonard and Lillian Smith Thompson on March 30, 1943 in Garten, West Virginia. Norma grew up in Beaver County.
Norma married her husband of 63 years, Alvin Langston on March 15, 1960. She was a housewife and lunch aide/chaperone for the Freedom Area School District for many years.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, her brother-Leonard Perry Smith and her husband-Alvin Langston, one aunt-Eunice Coleman, two son-in-law’s-Mark Reid and Neil Jones.
Surviving are four daughters: Alesia Jones, Aretha Langston, Audrey Langston, Altovise Reid, son: Charles Jones and his children, granddaughter, Natasha (Jonathan) Conkle, two great-granddaughters: Danae Langston, Tiara Conkle and two great-grandsons: Marcus Conkle and Jontae Conkle and one great-great grandson, Alexander Langston. A host of nieces and nephews and friends.
Friends will be received on Saturday, May 31, 2025 from 10am until the time of funeral services at 11am at the Saul-Gabauer Funeral Home, 273 Route 68, Rochester, PA 15074.
