Born February 16, 1937 in Taunton, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late Edward L. and Eleanor D. (Cordeiro) Torres. He served our country as a member of the U.S. Air Force and retired from US Airways in 1998.
He will be remembered and missed by his loving wife of 58 years, Regina L (McNatt) Torres; his daughters, Pamela Sue Torres (Christopher Foltz) and Robin (Jeffrey) Wemmer; his grandchildren, Chelsea Rae Foltz, Sawyer Blaine Foltz, Ashley Elizabeth Wemmer; his brothers, Edward and Alan Torres and a special aunt, Alma Codeiro.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his younger sister, Mary Torres.
A private burial was held at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
Arrangements were handled by the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester.
