William "Danny" Hartman passed on April 29, 2026, at the age of 74, having been born on April 8, 1952, in Odessa, Texas, and residing in Freedom, Pennsylvania. He was born in Odessa, Texas, a son of the late Werner A. Hartman Sr. and Irene Ludwig Hartman.
Danny was Lutheran by faith. He was a member of the USTA, and a lifetime member of the Texas Exes Alumni Association. Danny was a teacher and enjoyed coaching football, baseball and tennis in the state of Texas for 25 years retiring in 2007.
His Wife: Kimberly Schreiner Hartman whom he married in 1986 survives. Also surviving are 1 Daughter: LeighAnn Hartman of Los Angeles, California, his Mother-in-Law: Gerry Schreiner of Freedom, PA, his Brother-in-Law: R.J (Sherri) Schreiner of Freedom, PA and several nieces and nephews. Deceased in addition to his parents are 2 Brothers: Mike Hartman and Buck Hartman.
Visitation will be held at Saul-Gabauer Funeral Home & Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, 273 Rt 68, Rochester, Pennsylvania 15074, on May 4, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, followed by his funeral service at 12:00 pm with Pastor Heather Wakefield officiating.
Danny’s final resting place will be Oak Grove Cemetery in Freedom.
