William Thomas Orzechowski

William Thomas Orzechowski, 72 of New Brighton, passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2017. He was born August 4, 1945 in Beaver Falls, son of the late Charles Valentine and Mary (Kuetemeyer) Orzechowski, Sr. He was affectionately known by family and friends as Bill.

He was a retired auto body restoration expert. Bill had a passion for restoring old cars as well as assisting family and friends with auto body repair on their vehicles. He was employed at Ernie’s Auto Body, New Brighton for a number of years and retired from Morrow Motors, Beaver Falls. Earlier in life, he enjoyed fishing with his fraternal twin brother Charles Valentine Orzechowski, Jr., who preceded him in death.

Bill is survived by his devoted companion and loving life partner of over twenty years: Virginia Roncevich; five sisters and two brothers-in-law: Mary E. Harrington, New Galilee; Charlene Jansto, Chippewa Township; Ursula Kennedy, Ellwood City; Karen (Frank) Mazzant, Chippewa Township; Theresa (Richard) Beatty, Jersey Shore, PA; the children and spouses of Virginia Roncevich who loved Bill: Dianne (George) Ruckert, New Brighton; Luanne (Douglas) Taylor, Rochester; Robert Gottschalk, Jr., East Palestine, OH; James (Donna) Gottschalk, Listie, PA; David (Bonnie Cowles) Gottschalk, Cranberry, PA; 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received Tuesday, October 10, 2017 from 3 to 7 p.m. in the SAUL-GABUAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester (GPS 848 Sunflower Road, adjacent to Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum). A brief service will be held at 7 p.m. at the conclusion of the visitation. Private interment will be in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
