William Zane “Bill” Bailey, Jr., 34 of Monongahela, formerly of Rochester, passed unexpectedly on January 9, 2021. He was born January 7, 1987 in Beaver, son of the late William Z. He appreciated the help and support he received from Club Serenity of Charleroi.
In addition to his father, Bill was preceded in death by his grandfather: William Boyde; and grandparents: Roger (Betty) Bailey.

He was very excited about becoming an uncle as his brother Cody and Lisa are expecting a new arrival in June.
