Barbara Elaine Miller, 91 of Rockford, IL. died Saturday, August 6, 2016. Born in Rockford, Il. to Arthur and Hazel (Stevens) Poole. She worked as a machine operator for Norton Industries. Barbara embraced nature and found comfort in all it had to offer, camping at the State Parks, and exploring nature at Severson Dells, witnessing the geese flight at Horicon Marsh or her ride at dusk looking for deer. She had a sweet tooth for candy and enjoyed her trips to Bing’s Drive-In.
Survivors: children; Lou (Bill) Bauscher, Mike (Mary) Miller, Lonnie (Connie) Miller; grandchildren Becky(Bobby) Ewers, Lori (Rick) Golden, Andrea Miller, Tim Miller, Matthew Miller, Emily (Greg) Stephens; 2 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; siblings Marty, Erick (Pat), George (Terri) Beck; many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by children’s father Glenn E. Miller; brothers Kenny and Bruce Poole, sister Mavis Schuld.
