Virginia C. “Ginger” Sforza, 66, of Rockford, passed away on May 6, 2011 in her home surrounded by her family. Born March 31, 1945 in Rockford the daughter of Eugene and Marie (Crawford) Glawe. Married Howard N. Sforza Jr. in Rockford on June 26, 1965. Member of Third Presbyterian Church, sang in the choir and a member of the Piece Corp. She loved her pets, enjoyed gardening and was a member of the Red Hat Society. Survived by her husband, Howard N. Sforza Jr.; children, Steven Sforza and Angela Flores; grandchildren, Dakoda and Gabriella all of Rockford; siblings, Robert, Larry and Mary all of CA, Barbara of OR and Pauline of Roscoe. Predeceased by her parents and brother, Thomas. Funeral service at 11 am on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at Third Presbyterian Church, 1221 Custer Ave. Burial in Willwood Burial Park.
