

She was born December 7, 1942 in Rumford, ME and was the daughter of the late Frank and Bernice (Belskis) Belskis. Raised in Rumford, she was a 1961 graduate of Rumford High School.
Mrs. Boucher worked many years as a legal secretary for several law offices in New York, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She was a member of the Society of the Sacred Heart Priests.
She enjoyed gardening, biking, walking and the beach.
Family members include her husband of 32 years, Henry J. “Hank” Boucher, Jr. of Rye; a son John Roderick of White River Junction, VT; three daughters, Nancy Cloutier and her husband, Kevin of Windham, ME, Tina D’Angelo of Dallas, TX, and Denise Campbell and her husband, Shannon of Daniel Island, SC; two stepsons, Jeffrey Boucher and his wife, Kathleen of Salisbury, NH and Brian Boucher and his wife, Alison of Nottingham, NH; four brothers, Frank Belskis of Bangor, ME, John Belskis of Jay, ME, Paul Belskis of OR, and Joe Belskis of Rumford, ME; four sisters, Annie Richard, Stella
Philbrick, Cecilia Gallant, and Shirley Legere all of Rumford, ME; twelve grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother, David Belskis, and sister, Bernice Comeau.
