Elaine Dirickson

Elaine T. Dirickson, 83, of Salisbury passed away Monday, July 3, 2023 at her home. Born in Salisbury, she was the daughter of the later William and Etta Trice. She retired from The Division of Rehabilitation where she worked for over 30 years.

She is survived by her loving partner for 32 years, Joseph P. Derbyshire, who cared for her during her struggles with kidney failure. She leaves behind her son, Todd L. Dirickson, and his wife, Naoko of Ocean Pines, two grandchildren, Rina and Noah, sisters Phyllis White and Nancy Evans. She was preceded in death by one sister, Marilou Willey.

She will be laid to rest in Parsons Cemetery looking over the Johnson Lake.
