Mrs. Wagner was a member of the Church of the Nazarene for most of her life and founded the Delmarva Prison and Jail Ministries. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who loved music, but mostly enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Leroy Wagner; three children, Cynthia “Cindy” Buchness, Edward Figgs, and Karen Phippin; grandchildren, Colby Phippin, Kayla Phippin, Shelley Estevam, Stanley Figgs, Emily Venables, great-grandchildren, Boston, and Braylan Venables, Rio, Meadow, and Kai Estevam, and Tea and Taylor Shaye Figgs.
A private family burial will be held.
