Jim was an entertainer at heart. He played in many establishments in the Salisbury and surrounding areas and owned the Piano Center of Salisbury. He came from a long line of Masons and himself was a 32nd degree Mason, KCCH and a United States Navy Veteran where he served in Naples, Italy as a Chaplains Assistant.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Cindra Leigh Clutter; sons, Joshua S. Clutter and Jamie DeFelice; daughter, Melanie Holmes; grandchildren; brother, Glenn C. Clutter, Jr. (Debbie); sister, Susan Waugh (Joe); and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service with Military Honors will be held Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at 11am at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main Street in Salisbury where friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Pastor Joel Beiler will officiate. A private family interment will be held in Wicomico Memorial Park.
