Linda L. Harrington

Linda L. Harrington, 67, of Salisbury died Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center. Born in Salisbury she was the daughter of the late James and Flora Chandler Niblett.Linda was a member of the East Side Men’s Club and the Redman where she enjoyed playing Mrs. Claus every year. She was a manager at Arby’s for over 20 years. She enjoyed playing cards, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.She is survived by a son, Bob Core and his wife Michelle; three grandchildren, Victoria, Gavin, and Gracie Core; special niece, Opal “Sissy” Littleton; special nephew, Billy Niblett; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, William A Harrington; and brothers, Elwood, Billy, Russell, and Franklin Niblett.A funeral service will be held Saturday at 12PM at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main Street in Salisbury where friends may call one hour prior to the service.
