Marion Catherine "Cathy" Goslee

Marion Catherine “Cathy” Goslee, age 72, passed away August 13, 2014. Born in Delmar, MD, she was the daughter of the late Raymond E. Nichols and Louise Nichols Pruitt. She was a loving mother and grandmother. As an Air Force wife, she traveled with her husband and lived in Africa, Europe, and Hampton VA before returning to live in Hebron, MD in 1989. She was an excellent cook to the delight of all that ate at her table. She was a talented decorator making beautiful cakes, quilts and homes. She is survived by her daughter, Delaine Fortune and her husband Joel; grandchildren, Skyler and Sterling Fortune, Christian Auman, Lee and Chelsea Abbott, and David Donaway; great-grandchild Miley Faulkner; sister, Barbara Jean Forbes; brothers, Raymond E. “Buddy” Nichols, and Kenneth W. Nichols. She was preceded in death by her husband, George F. “G.F.” Goslee, and her daughters, Raine Abbott and Georgia “G.G.” Goslee. A special thanks to Paula Nichols. A funeral service will be held Saturday August 16, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main Street in Salisbury. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Hebron Cemetery.
