Shirley P Hudson

Shirley was the shoe manager at Hess Apparel retiring in 1997 and was a member of Zion United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women. She enjoyed camping with her husband Howard and wintered in Florida where they made many friends.

She is survived by her daughters, Susan Hudson and Pam Matthews and her husband, David; grandson, Richie Hornsby, Jr., granddaughter, Angeleia Talley; several nieces and nephews, and Pat Ruark who was a special caregiver. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 67 years, Howard K. Hudson who passed away in 2018; son-in-law, James Talley, Jr.; brothers, Kenneth and Douglas Parsons.

A private family graveside service will be held at Mariner's Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery in Ocean View, Delaware.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Shirley to the Wicomico County Humane Society, 5130 Citation Drive, Salisbury, MD 21804.
