Cipriana Mendoza Serda, our beloved aunt, entered rest on March 1, 2015 at the age of 98. A native of San Antonio, she was born to Lucio and Anita Mendoza. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Fred, Santos, Jimmy, Lucio and Johnny; sisters, Julia, Anita, Pauline, Margaret and Patsy; and her daughter, Julia. Aunt Pana or Mama Pana, as she was lovingly called by her family is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She will be remembered for her excellent cooking, great sense of humor, and especially for her loving heart. She expressed her love to her family through her teaching of wisdom, respect, love of God and family. She will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m., to 10:30 a.m., Thursday, March 5, 2015 at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers. A Graveside Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at San Fernando Cemetery III.
