

at the age of 95. She left this world on her own terms, and rejoiced in the day that God would
call her home. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Consuelo was born in San
Antonio, Texas on December 27, 1926 to Jose Lozano and Dolores Gonzalez. Hard work,
determination, and a spirit of independence defined her life. She was an accomplished
seamstress, baker, cake decorator, and cook. Consuelo is survived by her children, Rosa
Almanza (Felix), Eloisa Clack, Angelica Soto (Heriberto), Idalia Cortes, Leonardo Limon, Jr.
(Patricia), and Arturo Limon (Suzanne), as well as 20 grandchildren, and numerous
great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews . She was preceded in
death by her husband, Leonardo, her son Ricardo, her granddaughter Mercedes, her son-in-law
Fred C Clack, both her parents, her brother, Jose, and her sisters Luz, Amparo, Alicia, and
Socorro. Consuelo’s lasting legacy will be written in the lives of her children, their children, and
future generations that would not be here if it were not for her.
