It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Crystal Babe Rios, age 39, on January 9, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas. Crystal was born on March 13, 1985, in San Antonio, where she spent her life surrounded by family and friends.
Crystal is survived by her loving father, Nivar Rios; her beloved son Nathaniel Chao; her cherished daughters, Alliyah Rios and Alize Rios; and three grandchildren who adored her. Crystal was preceded in death by her mother, Esther Soto, and her brothers, Victor Sanchez and Jesse Sanchez.
Crystal’s vibrant spirit and kind heart will always be remembered by her family, friends, and everyone whose life she touched. Her strength, love for her children, and devotion to her family were evident in everything she did.
Crystal will forever be missed and loved by all who knew her.
A visitation for Crystal will be held Thursday, January 30, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers, 515 North Main Ave, San Antonio, TX 78205. A family led service will occur Thursday, January 30, 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A visitation will be held from 9:00 AM to 11AM on Friday, January 31, 2025. A graveside service will occur Friday, January 31, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South, Cemeteries & Crematories, 1700 SE Military Dr, San Antonio, TX 78214.
