Elida Ayala, beloved mother, grandmother and sister, entered rest on April 1, 2012 at the age of 86. Elida was born in Falls City, Texas to Manuel and Alberta Ayala on August 12, 1925. She worked for Miller Curtain Company, retiring after 33 years of service. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Yolanda; parents; brothers, Frank, Jesse, and Jose; sisters, Cruz and Janie and a stepdaughter, Ida. She is survived by her son, Luis Jaime Ramirez and wife Elizabeth; granddaughter, Norma Jean Borrego; great-granddaughter, Yolanda Borrego; stepdaughter, Virginia Garcia; sister, Maria Ayala and many friends. The family will receive friends at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 3, 2012 for a Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 4, 2012 for a Funeral Mass being celebrated at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
