Rudolph proudly served in the United States Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam War.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his sister: Rebecca Vizier; brothers: Cruz Ochoa and Freddie Riojas.
He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years: Elena; children: Melissa Menchaca (Victor), Mona Schwartz (Jason), Jaime Lopez (Aisha Abdi) and Javier Lopez; 7 grandchildren; sister Margie Bly; brothers: Lupe Riojas (Josephine) and Roland Lopez (Rachel).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at Roy Akers Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with the Recitation of The Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. On Friday, April 9, 2021, the Funeral Mass will take place at San Francisco Di Paola Catholic Church. Interment at Ft. Sam Houston will be held at a later date.
