

Victoria “Toya” Barba, beloved sister, aunt, and godmother, entered into rest on August 21st, 2021 at the age of 48. A native to San Antonio, she was born to Monico Jr. and Helen Barba on January 16th, 1973.
Victoria loved to spend time with her family and friends, having gatherings and taking care of numerous nieces and nephews. She enjoyed playing Loteria and doing crafts at home. Victoria liked spending time on social media keeping up with friends and family. She was also a very dedicated godmother to her 6 godchildren.
She is preceded in death by both of her parents. She is survived by her siblings; Veronica Barba, Monico Barba III, Michael Barba, Valerie Barba Cox and husband James, Marty Barba and wife Janie; 12 nieces and nephews; 4 great nieces and nephews and her boyfriend of 18 years, Juan Guerra.
A Visitation for Victoria will be held Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers, 515 North Main Ave, San Antonio, Texas 78205. On Friday, September 10, 2021 the funeral home will open at 8:00 AM for viewing and the Procession will depart the funeral home at 10:30 AM for a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 2114 W Houston St, San Antonio, Texas 78207 with graveside following at San Fernando #2 Cemetery, 746 Castroville Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78237.
