Hazel A. Watson

Hazel A. Watson (nee Lammers) age 92, of Sandy Springs, Georgia, passed away May 18, 2013. Hazel was preceded in death by her parents Edwin and Alice Lammers, her brother Marfield James Lammers, husband James William Watson and beloved son, Robert Vernon Watson. She leaves behind children Thomas William Watson, James Edwin Watson and Louise Elizabeth Watson (Mills), grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews. Born in Fairfax, Minnesota, January 13, 1921, Hazel went on to graduate from the Andrew’s School of Nursing in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1943. An active member of the Sandy Springs United Methodist Church, she also completed many happy hours of volunteer work at the Budd Terrace home where she came to be a resident in recent years. She will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at 1:00p.m. at Sandy Springs United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in Arlington Memorial Park.
