Born on November 15, 1934, Mr. Lawrence was originally from Fayette, Alabama. He was a loving and devoted husband, brother-in-law, father and grandfather and is survived by his two children, Scott Lawrence (Teresa Butcher) and Valerie Callahan (John); his grandchildren, Brendan Callahan and Peyton Callahan; and his in-laws, Maxine and Marion (Buddy) Carroll and Jean Buffington and Courtney Hoke , his niece and her children. The family will receive visitors from 6pm - 8pm on October 30, 2019, at Sandy Springs Chapel at 136 Mt. Vernon Drive in Sandy Springs, GA. Graveside services will be held at 11 AM on November 1, 2019 , at Tuscaloosa Memorial Park Cemetery in Tuscaloosa, AL.
