I just recently learned of the passing of Thomas.
The news was devastating. My heart broke thinking of him and his family. He had been like another brother to me. I remember him being  full of energy and quite lively. His nickname playing soccer was Fireball because of the energy he brought to the field.  He was curious and adventurous.  One time he almost got dreadlocks in his hair until he was told they’d have to melt wax in it. Some people might not know it but he was a natural at rapping.  He could come up with lyrics at the drop of a hat and turn it into a rap song.  His brother and I visited him when he went to Georgia. He had a cool place downtown Athens.  After college  I had the honor of attending his wedding.  A few years ago I ran into him and his family at my brothers church.  He has such nice sons. 
A light has gone out in this world but shines brighter in the next.  I’ll miss you but I am grateful for having known you.  I believe we will meet again.  I’m sending my love and hugs to your family. 

I think about you all regularly and how wonderful you all are. I am so sorry for your loss. I laugh from time to time thinking about silly things that Thomas and I did as kids. I am so thankful for the wonderful memories I have.

I worked with Tom for the last 4 years. He was such a smart, innovative, funny, and kind person. I know that he loved  growing his business and making everyone up to date with his technology skills. He told me how much he loved spending time with his sons.  I am so sorry for your loss and please know that you are in my prayers.

I have known Tom for more than 4 years, as we worked together on numerous technology initiatives.  Tom was so passionate about his work, and always showed a genuine interest in helping members of his team, and doing the right thing.  He worked harder than most, and I always enjoyed my conversations with him, as we shared many laughs together.  No words can describe how sorry I am for your loss.  Tom will be sorely missed.
