Joan Bolster of Santa Rosa, CA passed in August just a few days shy of her 84th birthday, after a long bout with Alzheimer's. She is survived by her husband William Bolster, son William Noel Bolster of Lakeport, CA, her daughter Tiffany Bolster of Maple Valley, WA and her sister Andrea Hulbert of Wheeling, IL.
