Alfred V. “Al” Mosley, Jr. – A native of Gilbertown, AL and resident of Chunchula, AL died Saturday, April 2, 2011. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia A. Mosley; sister, Norma Jean Mosley; and parents, Vertie and Linnie Mosley. Survivors include three sons, Ricky (Teresa) Mosley, North Augusta, SC, Ronald (Mary) Mosley, Saraland, AL and Marcus (Jan) Mosley, Chunchula, AL; one sister, Voncile Byrd, Creola, AL; one brother, Rodger (Pat) Mosley, Saraland, AL; four grandchildren, Michael Mosley, Josh Yeend, Matthew Mosley and Jessica Coleman; one great-grandchild, Alexis Mosley; and other relatives. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 7, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 6, 2011 from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Lott Cemetery in Chunchula, AL. Active pallbearers are Marcus Mosley, Josh Yeend, Michael Mosley, Matthew Mosley, Quinley Vickers and Jeremy Brownlee. Honorary pallbearers are Johnny Barlow and Dale Gay.
