Clifford Elliott Ridgeway

Mr. Clifford Elliott Ridgeway, age 67, native of Mobile, AL and longtime resident of Eight Mile, AL, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 6, 2015. He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Elliott Ridgeway and brother, Thomas S. Ridgeway. Mr. Ridgeway was a member of IBEW Local 505 since 1966. He was a 1966 graduate of Vigor High School and had been a longtime devoted member of Semmes First Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. Clifford was an avid outdoorsman, who loved to fish and hunt. His greatest love was his family. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Mr. Ridgeway is survived by his wife, Annette Burnett Ridgeway ; mother, Mary Sykes Ridgeway; and children, Leslie R. Forsman (Jonathan), Carrie R. Dauphin (Ray), and Amy R. Wilson (Scott). He is also survived by his brother , Robert Ridgeway (Laura); sister Teresa Ridgeway (Bob), and grandchildren: Savannah, Emily, Matthew, Benjamin, Sarah, Parker ,and great-granddaughter Jacquelyn Jewel. Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home, Saraland, AL on Sunday, May 10, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Semmes First Baptist Church on Monday, May 11, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Rex Burnett, James Moore, Randy Moore, Matthew Dauphin, Benjamin Dauphin, and Parker Wilson.
