Deborah Bateman Hodges

Deborah Bateman Hodges – a 73 year-old native of Mobile and resident of Stockton, Alabama passed away in Bay Minette, Alabama on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Ms. Hodges retired from Infirmary Health Systems after more than 20 years as a unit secretary. She loved staying at the beach in her camper and was and avid Alabama Crimson Tide football fan.

Ms. Hodges was preceded in death by her best friend and father of her children, Michael Hodges, and sister, Leslie Mitchell. She is survived by her children, Staci White (Stephen), Jason Hodges, and Jerrod Hodges (Hydie); grandchildren, Katlin Wilson (Cullen), Allison Grissett (Hunter), Dillon White (Kendra), and Abigail Leigh Hodges; great-grandchildren, Carlynn Wilson, Lilly Wilson, Violet “Olive” Grissett, Barrett White, and Mallory White; siblings, Jackie Conner, Sherry Adams, Monica Askew, and Mike Bateman; many other relatives and friends.
