Gary Wilson Orr

He was a member of Central Church of Christ in Saraland. Mr. Orr served in the U.S. Navy and worked as a Manager with Moffett Road Auto Parts for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Catherine Orr; paternal grandparents, John Wilson and Maggie Wortham Orr; and maternal grandparents, John and Donie Asherbranner.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret Kelley Orr; two children, Billie Jo Orr Cogsdell and Michael Horace (Cindy) Orr; two sisters, Linda J. Jenkins and Joan Orr (Garland) Hamilton; one brother, Clint P. (Pat) Orr; mother-in-law, Lou Ola Kelley; five grandchildren, David Cogsdell, Jr., Christopher Allen (Nicole) Cogsdell, Jonathan Michael Orr, Matthew Hunter Orr and Aaron Ryan Orr; family friend, Pamela Long; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 16, 2012, at 3 p.m. from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 1 p.m. prior to services. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
